Sofitel Mumbai BKC presents La Haute Croissanterie a refined culinary showcase that brings together classic French craftsmanship and contemporary Indian flavours, while staying true to Sofitel’s signature French art de vivre. Part of a global Sofitel initiative, the experience at Sofitel Mumbai BKC reimagines the iconic French croissant through a distinctly Indian lens.

Designed as a year-long celebration, La Haute Croissanterie features a rotating line-up of limited-edition croissants introduced each month, where traditional French techniques meet familiar Indian flavours. From indulgent interpretations like Rasmalai Dream to fruit-led creations inspired by regional produce such as Nagpur Orange and Alphonso Mango, each croissant reflects a seamless dialogue between French savoir-faire and local inspiration.
The showcase makes its debut on World Croissant Day, 30th January, with the Mahabaleshwar Strawberry Croissant, highlighting fresh strawberries from Maharashtra folded into a buttery, flaky croissant. New flavours will be unveiled every month thereafter, offering guests a constantly evolving experience while honouring the elegance and precision of French baking.
Available exclusively at Artisan, Sofitel Mumbai BKC, La Haute Croissanterie is a celebration of culture, craftsmanship, and creativity where French tradition is thoughtfully infused with Indian flavours, and luxury is savoured one croissant at a time.
