Southern Food fest, led by renowned Chef Siva, offers a culinary journey through the authentic delicacies of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh, all prepared with love and passion in a home kitchen. These regions, rich in history and culture, influence their cuisine with a blend of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, where rice, coconut, and spices like curry leaves, turmeric, and cardamom play a central role.
