Starhotels Collezione unveils the new Gabrielli Luxury Apartments in Venice

Venice, February 5, 2026 - After the reopening of Hotel Gabrielli Venezia – Starhotels Collezione in August 2025, following an extensive conservative restoration, Starhotels strengthens its presence in the city introducing a new, complementary hospitality offering: Gabrielli Luxury Apartments. 

Designed for those who prefer to experience Venice with greater autonomy and privacy, the Gabrielli Luxury Apartments are set in a secluded and authentic context, just steps from the lagoon yet away from the busiest areas. The six residences are spread across three historic buildings adjacent to Hotel Gabrielli, reimagined with contemporary sensitivity by Milanese designer Andrea Auletta. This enhancement project combines the allure of Venetian heritage with the comfort of contemporary design, catering to an international clientele seeking an independent stay without compromising the high-level hospitality experience. 

Each apartment is conceived as an independent residence: a separate living area, bright bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms with natural light, and artisanal attention to detail throughout the project.

The accommodation types cater to different styles of stay: 

The One-Bedroom Prestige Apartments (39-55 sqm), overlooking Calle del Cagnoletto or Calle Morosina, authentic and tranquil Venetian corners, offer bright, well-proportioned spaces, with canaletto walnut and Fior di Pesco marble kitchens, a cozy and intimate living area, and a quiet bedroom. 

The Two-Bedroom Deluxe Apartment with Terrace (109 sqm), spread over three floors, stands out for its large spaces, with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, and its private panoramic rooftop terrace, ideal for admiring Venice from above. 

The One-Bedroom Heritage Apartments Garden View (47-52 sqm), overlooking the serene garden of Hotel Gabrielli, reveal another facet of Venetian residence: exposed antique beams, dual aspect, and a refined atmosphere that invites a slower pace. 

Guests will also have access to Hotel Gabrielli facilities, including Felice al Gabrielli Restaurant, K Lounge Bar, the scenic Gabrielli Rooftop Terrace with views of San Giorgio Maggiore, and the intimate hotel spa, featuring a sauna, Turkish bath, sensory shower, and private treatment room.
