From 11th to 20th November 2025, savour an epicurean journey through recipes that embody the opulence and legacy of a 300-year-old princely state.

Curated by the hotel’s culinary experts, the menu brings to life heirloom recipes that predate modern influences — a rare confluence of Afghan heartiness, Delhi Durbar sophistication, and Rampur finesse. Guests can relish delicacies such as Rajma ki Galawat Kebab, Paneer Akhroti Kebab, Gosht Tar Korma, Dera da Murgh, and the exquisite Adrak ka Halwa, a fragrant dessert of fresh ginger and nuts - a true reflection of Patiala’s inventive spirit and culinary grandeur.
