Bengaluru — At Indian Durbar, the re-imagined luxury Punjabi fine-dining destination at Conrad Bengaluru, the bar takes centre stage with a refreshed menu that celebrates bold flavour and craftsmanship. Drawing from the restaurant’s revival of Punjabi spirit and heritage, the bar menu brings together sophisticated cocktails, artisanal spirits and curated pairings designed to elevate the dining experience.
The newly crafted beverage menu celebrates the three regions of Punjab - Majha, Malwa and Doaba. Beyond drinks, the experience invites guests into a narrative-driven journey, where each cocktail carries a story, each ritual a purpose.
The menu features signature creations such as:
- Talli Gajar Da Halwa – vodka infused with slow-cooked gajar halwa, finished with saffron Bailey’s foam.
- Patiala Sour – a bourbon base enriched with rajma and kinnow marmalade.
- Kidda Kinnow – an expressive blend of mahua and citrus brightness.
- Negroni Di Gaddi – clarified with ghee and smoked with cardamom flakes to evoke the grandeur of old Punjab.
Guests are welcomed with storytelling-driven elements — from custom-made “story dice” that pair a non-alcoholic drink with a narrative, to tarot-style illustrated cards that match signature cocktails with moods like celebration, romance, mischief and nostalgia.
The bar menu complements Indian Durbar’s renewed vision: richer in flavour, warmer in welcome and grander in spirit. It underscores the restaurant’s commitment to both innovation and tradition catering to premium diners who seek an elevated experience.
