LOYA continues to celebrate its well-loved VRIKSH cocktail programme, a thoughtfully curated menu that has been delighting guests for some time. Inspired by the journey from root to fruit and rooted in LOYA’s signature Paanch cocktail philosophy, VRIKSH presents a selection of seasonally suited cocktails that lend themselves beautifully to relaxed, indulgent evenings.

The menu highlights warm, layered and comforting flavour profiles, crafted using seasonal ingredients and indigenous botanicals. Standout serves include the Strawberry (Low Proof) cocktail with orange-strawberry oleo and thyme; the rich and indulgent Coffee featuring spiced coffee and kaapi liqueur; the luxurious Truffle with layered whisky notes; and the soothing Ginger, balanced with honey-ginger and apple cider foam. The selection is further complemented by aromatic creations such as Saffron, the smoky after-dinner Paan, and the deep, berry-led Jamun.

Designed for slow evenings and intimate gatherings, these cocktails reflect LOYA’s approach to storytelling through flavour, where seasonality, craft and Indian inspiration come together seamlessly.
