 The Roasted Strawberry & Whipped Ricotta on toasted sourdough pairs slow-roasted berries with velvety ricotta, offering a nuanced interplay of sweetness and acidity. The Avocado & Strawberry Tostada introduces contrast and texture, layering smooth avocado crema with fresh strawberry salsa for a vibrant, composed bite.
