This season, Balaji Sarovar Premiere transformed Sundays into a global culinary celebration with its much-loved International Sunday Brunch series, hosted at the courtyard. Designed to transport guests across continents through food, each week brought an immersive dining experience featuring authentic cuisines from around the world – right here in Solapur.

The journey began with a Schengen spread, highlighting the freshness and flavors of European delicacies. Guests were then taken to the Middle East, with a bold and aromatic brunch inspired by the spice-laden souks. Adding flair and indulgence, a United States – Las Vegas style brunch followed, where hearty dishes reflected the city’s extravagant dining culture. The experience then shifted to Cuba, where tropical, colourful dishes brought a burst of vibrancy to the table. The finale came with a Far East-inspired brunch, balancing East Asian flavors in perfect harmony.
