For the first time ever in Surat, Surat Marriott Hotel has brought the vibrant culinary heritage  of Uttarakhand to Surat with its exclusive Uttarakhand Food Festival – Taste of Uttarakhand.  Running from August 30th to September 8th at the renowned Table 101 restaurant, this event  offers a unique opportunity to experience the rich flavors of Uttarakhand, a region celebrated  for its diverse and authentic cuisine. 

Expert chefs from Uttarakhand have crafted a carefully curated menu that highlights the  region's most beloved dishes. Guests can start their culinary journey with Buras Ka Juice, a  refreshing drink made from rhododendron flowers, and enjoy appetizers like Pahadi Paneer  Tikka, bursting with traditional flavors. 

Main courses include Jhangora Rice, Jholi, and Chosari Dal, as well as signature dishes  like Pahadi Murgh, Pahadi Chicken Curry, and Macchi Ki Tari. The festival also features  regional specialties such as Rotana, Arshe, Jakhya Aaloo, Chimi Ki Sabji, and Mangodi  Ka Chilla. To satisfy your sweet tooth, indulge in desserts like Bal Mithai and Singori,  which capture the essence of Uttarakhand's sweet traditions.
