(New Delhi, April 2025) Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, in collaboration with Chef Pin, welcomes guests to relish a regal culinary experience with the Nizami Food Pop-Up at Tamra, its award-winning world cuisine restaurant. From April 15 to April 30, 2025, Tamra will evolve into a royal kitchen, honouring the opulent culinary traditions of Hyderabad under the expert guidance of the reputed Chef Nikhath Khan.

Renowned for its alluring “World on Your Plate” concept, Tamra becomes a gateway to the exquisite flavours of the Nizams, offering a menu that blends authenticity with contemporary finesse. Chef Nikhath Khan, with her deep-rooted heritage and decades of experience, has curated a repertoire of dishes that pay homage to the rich culinary legacy of Hyderabad.

The gastronomic experience commences with signature dishes like Pathar-ka-Gosht, where succulent, marinated meat is grilled on stone for a smoky, tender finish, and Haleem, a hearty, slow-cooked stew of meat, lentils, and spices. The iconic Dum-ki-Biryani, featuring aromatic rice and perfectly spiced meat cooked in the traditional ‘dum’ style, is a highlight that defines the grandeur of Nizami cuisine.

Vegetarian delicacies, such as the velvety Bagara Baingan, tender eggplant simmered in a creamy peanut-sesame gravy, offer a glimpse into the depth of flavours that represent this royal cuisine. The feast concludes on a sweet note with tempting desserts like the pleasing Double Ka Meetha and the syrup-soaked decadence of Shahi Tukda.

At Tamra, the Nizami Food Pop-Up is available as part of the restaurant’s buffet offerings, priced at INR 3,200 plus taxes for lunch and INR 3,500 plus taxes for dinner. This exclusive dining experience offers an opportunity for the guests to witness the world of Hyderabad’s finest kitchens, paired with the refinement of Shangri-La Eros New Delhi.
