(Bengaluru, 1 October 2025) - This October, Shangri-La Bengaluru proudly presents Taste of Shangri-La 2025, a culinary showcase that brings to life the artistry, heritage, and innovation of the hotel’s four signature dining destinations: Caprese, Ssaffron, Shang Palace, and Yataii.
Held across 14 Shangri-La hotels and 29 signature restaurants across the MEIA region, this annual festival is celebrated as the hallmark of culinary excellence Each destination showcases its own geographical influences and culinary artistry, presenting menus that cross borders and tell distinctive stories of flavour.
Taste of Shangri-La 2025 invites gourmands to step into a world where every dish is more than food. It is a narrative of provenance, craftsmanship, and passion. Guests may choose their journey from Italian indulgence at Caprese, the regal culinary heritage of Ssaffron, the Cantonese mastery of Shang Palace, or the refined elegance of Japanese dining at Yataii.
Taste of Shangri-La is envisioned as a multi-sensory journey, where every detail is designed to awaken the senses. The eye is drawn to plates styled as works of art, alive with colour and texture, while the air carries the delicate aromas of truffle, saffron, and yuzu that stir anticipation.
