From aromatic curries and freshly ground spices to age-old family recipes, guests can discover the timeless cuisines that have made these regions iconic in South Indian gastronomy.

The specially curated buffet offers a delightful journey through authentic regional flavors. Guests can savor traditional Tulunadu and Tamil Nadu favorites such as Kori Chicken Tawa Ghee Roast, Anjal Rava Fry, and Chicken Chettinadu, alongside Karnataka classics like Bangude Pulimunchi, Jaddi Meenu, and again, Kori Chicken Tawa Ghee Roast. To end the meal on a sweet and satisfying note, a selection of indulgent desserts awaits, featuring Akki Thambittu, Ponsa Payasa, Moong Dal Payasa, and the classic Mysore Pak, perfectly complementing the vibrant and rich flavors of the festival.
