Indulge in a legacy of heirloom recipes curated by Chef Klae Somsuay – a native of the Island of Isan in Northern Thailand and the Thai Cuisine Master Chef at Baan Thai. The menu features wholesome soups, salads, indulgent appetisers, signature mains, rice & noodles, and exquisitely crafted Thai desserts, prepared with traditional ingredients and cooking techniques.
Highlights include refreshing classics like Som Tom and Thai Pomelo Salad, Yam Mamuang - a tangy green mango salad with onion, mint and cashew nuts and Larb Kai - Spicy chicken mince salad with toasted rice and Thai herbs.
The mains feature Baan Thai Kaeng Luang - a homemade spicy yellow curry, Manthod Samros - crisp vegetables tossed in Samros sauce and Kai Krapao, stir-fried chicken mince with bird’s eye chillies and hot basil. No Thai meal is complete without dessert, expect a popular favourite Tab Tim Samsee, jellied water chestnut in coconut milk.
