This September, Amish at Rosetta Sakleshpur invites guests to partake in an authentic Onam Sadhya experience - a specially curated vegetarian banquet that brings the soul of Kerala to the serene hills of Sakleshpur. The journey begins with Sambharam, a spiced buttermilk that awakens the palate, before unfolding into a harmonious feast where each course flows seamlessly into the next, promising a symphony of flavors refined over generations.

The Sadhya Tradition Unveiled
Welcome & Condiments: The feast opens with a medley of traditional accompaniments like house-made pickles, the tangy Inji Curry, refreshing Pachadi and Kichadi, with crisp Papadums and authentic Upperi banana chips.

The Heart of the Meal: Savor signature Kerala preparations, the beloved Avial with its medley of vegetables and coconut, the tangy-sweet Pineapple Pulissery, aromatic Sambar and cleansing Rasam, each dish reflecting the diverse landscapes of Kerala from backwaters to the spice gardens.

Sweet Endings: Conclude with a trio of traditional Payasams - creamy Semiya Payasam, rich Ada Pradhaman, and the exotic Nendran Banana Payasam. Each offering a different note of Kerala’s dessert spread.
