At The LaliT Golf & Spa Resort Goa, guests will be welcomed into a Pride Escape experience, with social media campaigns throughout the Group set to celebrate queer team members and allies. Online interactive initiatives will include email quizzes and digital campaigns to honour pride and allyship. The culmination of Pride Month will see the announcement of Karma Care mental health initiative, aimed at therapist training in affirmative care and inclusion. A closing virtual Pride Gathering led by the Group's DEI Team and senior leadership will spotlight the voices and contributions of queer individuals and allies from throughout the organization.

At The LaliT, we have always ensured that diversity and inclusion are not just campaigns, but the very conscience of the hotel. Pride Month provides a moment to remind us of the strength in diversity and the impact of supporting with a clear vision. We are proud to stand with the LGBTQIA+ community, not only in June but all throughout the year.”
