Discover the authentic taste of Kashmir at The Leela Gandhinagar as it hosts its exclusive Kashmir Food Fest, an immersive culinary festival running from November 14 to 23, between 7:00 pm and 11:00 pm at Citrus Junction.

Kashmiri cuisine is renowned for its aromatic spices and slow-cooked delicacies. It is more than just food; it’s a story of tradition, artistry, and communal celebration. It is a timeless reminder that in the Valley of Paradise, every meal is a feast for the senses. This festival brings those traditions to life through an authentic menu curated by celebrity chef Rehman, celebrated for his mastery of royal and regional cuisines.

Adding to the charm, the festival showcases a Kashmiri street food bazaar, live folk music, and décor inspired by the valley’s serene landscapes, capturing the essence of Kashmir’s culture and hospitality.

From rich meat delicacies to wholesome vegetarian favourites, the menu offers something for every palate.

“The Kashmir Food Fest offers guests a rare opportunity to savour authentic Kashmiri flavours in a setting that reflects the valley’s warmth and charm,” said Vikas Sood, General Manager, The Leela Gandhinagar.
