New Delhi, December 2025: The Leela Palace New Delhi presents an exclusive culinary showcase in collaboration with Artists Mansion, Jaipur’s elegant ancestral home of artist Shan Bhatnagar and chef Devyani Bhatnagar, renowned for its intimate evenings of storytelling, art and generational cuisine. On 5th and 6th December, The Qube invites discerning guests to indulge in signature heirloom dishes and traditions inspired by the rich cultural legacy of the Bhatnagar family.

The Qube at The Leela Palace New Delhi, recently reimagined as a world-cuisine atelier, reflects the hotel’s commitment to evolving luxury. Blending contemporary design, immersive hospitality and world-class culinary craftsmanship, the space features a cinematic LED digital art wall that reinterprets Delhi’s historic spirit through a modern artistic lens.
Artists Mansion, described as an oasis of splendour and magnificence, is filled with art, antiques, and family heirlooms. Located in central Jaipur, the Mansion is known for bespoke dinners that weave together Rajput, Kayastha and Lucknowi culinary influences with immersive narratives from the family’s history and heritage.

The curated menu is led by Chef Devyani Bhatnagar, who brings the signature flavours of Artists Mansion through heirloom recipes and traditional techniques rooted in Rajput, Kayastha and Lucknowi culinary traditions. Her cooking reflects authenticity, precision and the rich heritage of her family’s cuisine.
The experience is complemented by Shan Bhatnagar, an eminent Pichwai artist, curator and designer known for his expressive depictions of Shrinathji and other traditional motifs. His artistic perspective and storytelling add a cultural depth that is central to the Artists Mansion experience.
The five course sit down dinner highlights the culinary signatures of Artists Mansion, beginning with Bajra Raab, Achari Kathal, Achari Chicken and Bajra Bhel. Thoughtfully crafted appetisers, aromatic pulao preparations and a soothing Ruh e Rose sorbet follow, leading into a generous selection of mains including Jungle Alu, Kathal Curry, Zafrani Murgh, Jungle Maas, Khata, Sukhi Urad Dal, Kurkure Parwal and Mogri with traditional breads. The experience concludes with Gajar ka Halva and a warm Apple Rum Gateau with custard.
