June 2025 – Nestled in 60 acres of lush greenery and just a 45-minute drive from Gurgaon, The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa invites discerning diners to embark on a refined gastronomic voyage through Southern China with its newest culinary showcase: Canton Spice Trail. Available as a limited time à la carte experience at The Red Brick Room from 27th June to 5th July 2025, the festival presents an elegant interpretation of traditional Cantonese cuisine, known for its delicate flavours, clean finishes, and masterful technique.

This specially curated menu celebrates the region’s subtle, soul-satisfying cooking style with a variety of handcrafted dishes that highlight freshness, restraint, and aroma. Guests can begin their journey with signature dim sums like Prawn Har Gow, Chicken & Chive Siu Mai, and Asparagus & Chestnut Dumpling with Cream Cheese, followed by light broths such as Wonton Soup with Green Onions and Hot Pot Vegetable Vermicelli.

The main course offers a harmonious mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies, each thoughtfully balanced. Highlights include Braised Tofu with Shiitake & Broccoli in Clay Pot, Cantonese-Style Chicken with Kaffir Lime, Hot Hunan-Style Lamb, Char Siu Chili Pork, and Steamed Fish with Ginger Soy. Accompaniments like Lo Mein with Burnt Garlic & Spring Onion and Chef’s XO Mixed Fried Rice offer comforting depth, while desserts such as the Creamy Mango & Sago Pudding and Date Pancake with Honey Nut Crunch Ice Cream provide a sweet yet subtle close to the meal.
