Drawing inspiration from the heart of Punjab’s kitchens, this specially curated menu celebrates generous portions, robust spices, and time-honoured recipes passed down through generations.

The menu highlights a rich selection of regional signatures such as Sindhi Namak Mandi, Gosht Kadai, and Atta Murgh from Kot Kapura, brought to life through an interactive live carving station. Traditional winter favourites, including Sarson da Saag paired with Makki di Roti, are presented at dedicated live stations, celebrating the depth and simplicity of rustic Punjabi cooking. These are complemented by comforting classics like Pindi Chole and a richly spiced Patiala-style Chicken Curry, offering a soulful expression of regional culinary heritage.
