The St. Regis Goa Resort brings together coastal ease and contemporary cocktail craft with a one-night bar takeover by Bar Kin‑Ru at its signature beachside bar, Susegado, on 14 January 2025.

Designed as an effortless sunset-to-evening experience, the takeover introduces Bar Kin-Ru’s modern Indian cocktail philosophy to the relaxed rhythms of South Goa, creating an evening where flavour, conversation, and pace take precedence over formality

Set against the open-air setting of Susegado, the collaboration reflects a shared approach to hospitality — relaxed yet intentional. The experience mirrors Susegado’s spirit: unhurried, welcoming, and quietly refined, where cocktails enhance the moment rather than command it.

For the evening, Bar Kin-Ru will present five signature cocktails, each reflecting the bar’s contemporary approach to mixology — ingredient-forward, balanced, and designed for social drinking. The menu moves seamlessly from bright, refreshing openers to textured mid-serves and spirit-forward classics, concluding with a smooth, lingering closer. Cocktails will be served à la carte, allowing guests to explore freely without a fixed sequence

The takeover is helmed by Aniket Aswale, Beverage Head at Bar Kin-Ru, whose journey from Nagpur to national bar stages has shaped one of India’s most dynamic cocktail programmes. A former engineering student turned bartender, Aniket honed his craft under industry stalwarts before working with some of the country’s most respected bars, including Asia’s 50 Best–recognised Tesouro. With a strong grounding in sustainability, farm-to-bar philosophy, and multiple competition wins — including Monkey Shoulder and Dewar’s — Aniket brings both technical precision and soul to every serve

Today, he leads Bar Kin-Ru’s beverage programme in Hyderabad, mentoring emerging talent, hosting international bar takeovers, and pushing the boundaries of contemporary Indian cocktail culture
