Born from the Japanese tradition of Omakase, where guests entrust the chef to curate a personalised journey, Amocasa brings the same spirit of surprise and intimacy to Italian cuisine. At Oliveto, Chef Silvio introduces this distinctive concept as a house-style soirée of small plates, pizzas, pastas, and signature creations, all served in aperitivo format. Designed for discovery and conversation, the menu celebrates light tasting portions that showcase the breadth and soul of Italy, while encouraging guests to savour a wide variety of flavours in one evening.
