The Tanjore Tiffin Room Takeover at Shrot, Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar - 19th to 21st September 2024

Jaipur, 18^th September 2024 - SHROT, the premier all-day dining restaurant at Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar, is delighted to announce a special collaboration with The Tanjore Tiffin Room, a Tamilian-style bistro serving home-style cooked dishes bringing a myriad of their beloved dishes. From September 19th to 21^st 2024, this three-day culinary pop-up will celebrate authentic flavours, native ingredients and time-honored traditions.

SHROT, which means “source,” embodies Hyatt Loves Local by delivering a dining experience where tradition seamlessly intersects with modernity. This collaboration with The Tanjore Tiffin Room will highlight flavours of Thanjavur, a fusion of traditional regional ingredients and contemporary culinary artistry, offering guests an immersive journey through Tamil cuisine's vibrant tastes and influences from Mumbai and Goa.
