At the heart of the experience are Avartana’s tasting menus, featuring the standout dishes like French Pressed Tomato Rasam, Stir Fried Chicken, Asparagus and Coconut Stew, Cauliflower Crunch, Uthukuli Chicken, Raw Mango Pudding, Citrus Coconut, Fennel Pannacotta.

Maya, the mystical, unfolds in seven courses a gentle yet profound initiation where familiar flavours are reborn with subtlety and grace. Bela, the beautiful, is a nine-course journey that paints with bolder strokes, balancing elegance and surprise in courses that feel like poetry on a plate. Jiaa, the soulful, spans eleven courses, heartfelt and abundant, offering dishes that comfort while astonishing with modern flair. Anika, the graceful, reveals thirteen courses, layering refinement with complexity and unfolding in moments that surprise and seduce at every turn. And Tara, the sparkling crown jewel, is a thirteen-course celebration of indulgence, where the richness of the seas and the fire of spice come together in a crescendo of flavour.
