October, New Delhi 2024 : EEST at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi, is thrilled to present The Thai Trail, a culinary adventure through the vibrant flavors of Thailand, the Land of Smiles. From 18th to 27th October, embark on a gastronomic journey led by Guest Chef Sunisa Klungdith from The Westin Resort & Spa, Himalayas.

Chef Sunisa brings the rich traditions of her homeland to the forefront, offering a menu that pays homage to Thai culinary heritage with a contemporary twist. Inspired by Thailand’s diverse street food culture and traditional kitchens, her creations capture the essence of Thai cuisine’s bold and balanced flavors. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared with fresh, authentic ingredients, harmonizing the sweet, sour, salty, and spicy elements that define Thai cuisine.

Guests can start their journey with Som Tum Thai (Papaya Salad), a refreshing mix of green papaya, cherry tomatoes, tamarind, and roasted peanuts, or savor the rich textures of Chiang Mai Khao Soi, a comforting coconut-based noodle soup.

For those seeking signature Thai starters, Por Peiya Phak (Vegetable Spring Rolls) and Thod Man Pla (Thai Fish Cake) are delightful options that reflect the vibrant street food culture of Thailand. The main courses include iconic Thai curries such as Gang Kheiw Hwan (Thai Green Curry) and Gang Masaman (Massaman Curry), each combining aromatic spices with creamy coconut milk to create a symphony of flavors.

In addition to these classics, Chef Sunisa will showcase stir-fried specialties like Pad Thai Goong (Pad Thai with Prawns), Gai Phad Med Mamong (Stir-Fried Chicken with Cashew Nuts), and the ever-popular Khow Phad Sapparod(Pineapple Fried Rice) – a perfect balance of sweet and savory with rice, pineapple, raisins, and cashew nuts.

To complete this exquisite dining experience, indulge in quintessential Thai desserts such as Thai Mango Sticky Rice or the refreshing Thai Coconut Ice Cream, both offering a sweet and memorable finale.
