June 2025 - The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi proudly announces ‘Ranna Ghor Tales’, an exclusive Bengali culinary pop-up at Seasonal Tastes, inviting guests to experience the rich and nuanced flavours of Bengal. Curated by Guest Chef Avijit Jana from The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat, in collaboration with the hotel’s in-house culinary experts, this limited-time showcase is a tribute to Bengal’s heirloom recipes and time-honoured culinary traditions.

Taking place from 20th to 29th June 2025, Ranna Ghor Tales will be featured as part of the dinner buffet and Sunday brunch at Seasonal Tastes, The Westin Gurgaon’s all-day dining venue known for its global selections and immersive gastronomic experiences.

With a menu inspired by the heart and soul of Bengal’s home kitchens, the festival offers an authentic spread - from street-side favourites to celebratory classics. Diners can look forward to iconic appetisers like Mochar Chop, Posto Bora, Chingri Macher Cutlet, and Kolkata Fish Fry, followed by an array of beloved mains including Aloo Posto, Shorshe Ilish, Kosha Mangsho, and the ever-popular Chingri Malai Curry. No Bengali meal is complete without a sweet indulgence, and the pop-up features a decadent dessert selection including Doi Phuchka, Mishti Doi, and Nolen Gur Rasgulla.
