Curated by the acclaimed Chef Vipin Chandel, who brings over 18 years of culinary expertise and a deep connection to his hometown of Mandi, nestled along the Beas River in Himachal Pradesh, this unique experience brings to life an aromatic journey through the wholesome and bold flavors of the region. Chef Vipin’s passion for regional Indian flavors is reflected in a thoughtfully crafted menu that highlights the essence of Himachal Pradesh’s culinary traditions.
Guests will indulge in a specially curated selection of traditional Himachali delicacies made from locally sourced ingredients. Signature dishes include Solani Khumb, Madra, Phadi Chicken Pulao, Tudkiya Bhatt, Siddu, Cha Gosht, Tali Macchi, Kangri Saag, Maah Ki Dal, Phadi Rajma, and the exquisite Amaranth Kheer, each plate a celebration of the region’s rich gastronomic legacy.
