July 2025, New Delhi: This August, Andaz Delhi, by Hyatt, invites guests to embark on an extraordinary culinary journey that brings together the vibrancy of regional cuisine, innovative cocktails, and immersive dining experiences across its celebrated outlets. From a Rajasthani-inspired tasting menu to interactive pizza-making classes for kids at Soul Pantry, each experience has been thoughtfully crafted to delight food lovers and culture seekers alike.

At AnnaMaya, the hotel’s modern food hall, guests can savour the bold and soulful flavours of Rajasthan with a specially curated Pan-to-Plate menu by Chef Mahendra Jakhar, available till 30th August 2025. This indulgent menu reimagines traditional favorites with dishes like Kaju Karela (cashew, bitter gourd, Mahtani chili, ginger), Papad Paneer(cottage cheese, crispy cracker, spices), Daal Bhatti Churma aur Lahsun ki Chutney (lentil, tragacanth gum, dried fruit, garlic), the iconic Laal Maas (lamb, Mahtani chili, onion, curd), and Kabuli Pulao (rice, black chickpeas, gram flour, black raisin), finishing with a decadent Malai Ghewar (milk solid, honeycomb, saffron). Priced at ₹2,499++ (Lunch) and ₹2,999++ (Dinner), the menu celebrates the rustic elegance of Rajasthani cuisine.

Complementing this, AnnaMaya is also introducing the Himalayan Infusion, an exclusive behind-the-bar cocktail experience. Priced at ₹1,150++, this drink is inspired by the pristine landscapes and healing herbs of the Himalayas, blending wild herbal infusions, aromatic spices, and artisanal spirits. Every sip transports guests to the misty mountain trails, offering a perfect harmony of freshness, earthiness, and intrigue. This cocktail is available from 15th to 30th August 2025 at AnnaMaya.

Soul Pantry, the all-day mindful eatery at Andaz Delhi, by Hyatt is making weekends extra delicious with “Mamma Mia Mini Chefs!, a playful pizza-making class for kids. Guided by the Soul Pantry team, young guests roll, knead, and top their own pizzas and flatbreads with fresh ingredients and watch them bake to perfection. This activity is designed to spark creativity and build kitchen confidence in kids, and each session is priced at ₹1500++ per kid. Only available on weekends by reservation.
