AnnaMaya, the modern food hall at Andaz Delhi has curated a special Karwa Chauth pan-to-plate menu that seamlessly blends Indian and international flavours, offering a festive experience that delights the senses and honors the spirit of the occasion.
Available on 10th October 2025 from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM, the Karwa Chauth celebration promises an immersive gastronomic journey. Guests can begin with fresh, seasonal salads and starters such as Pyaz Tamatar Ki Koshambari, Kabuli Chana Chat, Masala Jhinga Salad, and stuffed Calamari, alongside the vibrant Delhi 6 Chaat Counter featuring panipuri, aloo tikki, samosa, kachori, bhel, and other festive favorites.
Soups, including Murgh Dhaniya and Ribollita, are followed by freshly baked breads and rolls, as well as a create-your-own pasta station offering spaghetti, penne, linguine, or rigatoni with sauces ranging from lamb ragout and tomato to basil pesto and carbonara. Special dishes such as butternut squash tortellini in a mascarpone and burnt butter sauce add a contemporary touch to the experience.
The main course spans Italian and Indian cuisines, featuring Gnocchi alla Romana, sundried tomato and ricotta-stuffed chicken breast, Tuscan fish stew, and braised lamb shank. Indian live counters serve Jaisamandi Macchi Masala, Hyderabadi Murgh Biryani, Lucknowi Subz Dum Biryani, Mutton Burra, Rara Macchi Kebab, and Awadhi Dahi Murgh Kebab, alongside tandoor specials like Hariyali Paneer Tikka, Khumb Ki Galawat, and Aloo Methi Aur Bhutte Ki Tikki. Homestyle dishes such as Amti Dal, Dal Wadiyan, Subz Mughlai, Paneer Taka Tak, Chicken Tari, Champaran Mutton, and Aloo Ki Thichwani complete the savory offerings.
