Indulge in the unique Frittelle di pesce al mango, featuring local Topshe fish fritters with a spicy tomato sauce and Genovese pesto. Discover Asparagi bianchi, a dish that combines white asparagus, smoked salmon, Oscietra caviar, and a Prawnage Bellpepper glaze. For those who appreciate the richness of the sea, savour Himalayan Trout accompanied by roasted peppers and balsamic glaze, or delight in the Grilled Tiger Prawns paired with gremolata and cauliflower cream.
