This January, Alto Vino at Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield presents a dedicated Truffle showcase, celebrating richer expressions at the table.
Chef B. Visu presents with elegance, one of gastronomy’s most prized ingredients through classic Italian technique and expertise.
The experience unfolds through dishes starting with an amuse-bouche of king oyster scallop with rocket pesto and porcini dust, setting the tone for the evening, followed by a wild mushroom soup finished with truffle air. The menu progresses to a porcini risotto with parmesan, before leading into a tenderloin main course, served with truffled béarnaise. A limoncello and mango sorbet provides a refreshing pause between courses.
Desserts bring the experience to a close with a classic babà au rhum paired with crème pâtissière and berries, alongside a pistachio and mixed berry panna cotta. The finale features a delicate micro cake layered with crémeux and finished with raspberry caviar.
Framed by warm lighting and an atmosphere designed for luxurious dining, the Truffle Season at Alto Vino is a sensory journey shaped by aroma and flavour.
