Bengaluru, 06 MAY 2025: Falakone of the finest North-West Frontier restaurants at The Leela Bhartiya City BengaluruHotel Conventions Residences, is thrilled to present an exclusive culinary event from 7th to 11th May 2025, showcasing the rich heritage of Tunday Kababi. This collaboration highlights the exceptional culinary expertise of Chef Amir Tunday, bringing his renowned Lucknowi flavours to the discerning palates of Bengaluru.

This limited edition pop-up unites Tunday Kababi’s legacy and Chef Amir Tunday's culinary artistry with Falak's much-celebrated North Western Frontier cuisine and Chef Farman Ali's expertise. Together, they have curated a special menu bringing the authentic Lucknowi cuisine to Bengaluru.

The special à la carte menu will feature signature dishes such as the famous Tunday, Gosht Galouti, Gosht Boti, and Shami Kebabs. The vegetarian starters include Paneer Tikka and Subz Gilawat. The main course offers vegetarian options such as Paneer Korma and Matar Paneer, and non-vegetarian delights like Murgh Korma and the classic Nalli Nihari with traditional breads like Mughlai ParathaSheermal, and Roomali Roti. Biryani lovers can enjoy options like Awadhi Murgh Biryani and Awadhi Gosht Biryani, and the delightful Zafrani Kheer for dessert.

The guests will also have the option to choose a set menu priced at ₹4500 per person. This curated menu offers both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The vegetarian set menu includes delightful starters like Paneer Tikka, Subz Gilawat, and Dahi Ke Kebab, followed by mains such as Paneer Korma, Awadhi Tarkari, Lehsooni Makai Palak, Dal-E-Falak, and Subz Dum Biryani. The non-vegetarian set menu features classic starters like Murgh Kali Mirch Tikka, Gosht Galouti Kebab, and Gosht Seekh Kebab, with main courses including Murgh Korma, Nalli Nihari, Gosht Boti Kebab, and Dal-E-Falak, and Awadhi Gosht Biryani. Both menus are complemented by assorted breads, alongside desserts like Zafrani Kheer and Gulab Jamun.

This specially designed menu promises an authentic Lucknowi culinary showcase coupled with breathtaking city views, offered for a limited time at the exclusive Falak.
