Bengaluru, 06 December 2026: This Lohri, Tamarind – Indian Restaurant at Taj Bangalore invites guests to celebrate the warmth of the harvest season with a specially curated Punjabi winter set menu, inspired by traditional Lohri flavours and time-honoured cooking techniques. Running from 5th to 13th January, the festive experience pays tribute to comforting seasonal dishes that define Punjabi winter celebrations.
Rooted in authenticity yet presented with Tamarind’s signature refinement, the menu highlights familiar favourites such as Til ki Chikki, Dahi Bhalla, Bajre ki Raab, Sarson Paneer Tikka from the tandoor, Sarson da Saag with Makke di Roti, and slow-cooked Dal Makhani. The experience concludes on a sweet note with Gajar Halwa and Gur Gajak ki Lassi, celebrating the richness of winter harvest traditions.
Served in Tamarind’s warm setting with its open tandoori station, the Lohri feast promises a festive dining experience that blends nostalgia, comfort, and seasonal indulgence.
