Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golflinks invites you to an evening of flavour and artistry with a Chef Exchange in collaboration with Conrad Pune. A visiting chef and mixologist from Masu and Koji will take over the poolside bar, presenting a five-course menu paired with signature cocktails.
The menu features refined appetisers like silken tofu, shimeji mushrooms with burnt garlic and chilli, and Shanghai dumplings, followed by seafood favourites such as Gong Bao Yu and butter cream prawns. Mains include aubergine with mock duck, steamed lobster in XO sauce, slow-braised pork belly, and truffle fried rice with wok-tossed udon noodles.
The cocktails are designed to echo the flavours of the meal. From Seijaku, a refreshing soju blend of citrus and florals, to Wabi Sabi, a tequila-based coffee-vanilla infusion, each drink brings balance and intrigue to the dining experience.
