Bengaluru, 7^th October 2025 – This October, The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru, Hotel Conventions Residences invites guests to step into the world of Cantonese cuisine with an exclusive dining experience called “Where Cantonese Flavours Speak” at The Lotus Oriental. From 6th to 13th October, the hotel’s premium Pan-Asian restaurant will bring the authentic Cantonese flavours alive at a poolside setting, promising a graceful and intimate atmosphere for an evening that honours the heritage and craftsmanship of Cantonese cuisine.

The Lotus Oriental honours the artistry of Cantonese cuisine, presenting a specially curated menu that masterfully showcases fresh ingredients, balanced flavours, and skillful techniques. The evening begins with delicately prepared starters. Guests are offered a choice between savoury chicken and wood ear dumplings served in a rich XO sauce or gently steamed mushroom dumplings subtly enriched with cheese. For the main course, the tradition and craftsmanship of Cantonese kitchens are captured in the wok-fried prawns. These tender prawns are tossed with crisp celery, fragrant ginger, and scallion, and accompanied by Chinese olive fried rice finished with pine nuts and scallion.  The experience concludes with chilled mango pudding, a light and refreshing finale that provides a perfect conclusion to the meal.
