It is an invitation to experience the world’s most iconic flavours through a lens of luxury and tradition. 

Designed as a global culinary journey, A Spice Affair features live stations and signature dishes inspired by iconic spices, from the gentle warmth of Kashmiri chilli and smoky Mexican chipotle to vibrant African peri-peri, earthy Middle Eastern za’atar, numbing Sichuan pepper, and punchy Southeast Asian bird’s eye chilli. Each dish celebrates its heritage while remaining approachable for all palates. 

The winter-forward menu includes fiery soups, chilli-forward starters, tandoor specialities, global mains, heat-driven grains, and spiced desserts, with roasting, grilling, fermenting, and slow cooking enhancing depth of flavour. 

Interactive storytelling sits at the heart of the afternoon, with aroma-led tablescapes and a dedicated spice bar that allow guests to see, smell, and learn about the ingredients in their rawest form.
