This one-of-a-kind menu is a celebration of culinary excellence and cross-cultural artistry. Each course pays homage to tradition while embracing inventive techniques that unite Peruvian and Japanese sensibilities. Expect signature creations such as Chef Arturo’s Tuna Causa, Mango Arturo, Blackcod anticucho, Coriander duck ; alongside Chef Noel’s refreshing Ezu smoke Hamachi salad , Panko fried Tofu, Udon noodle, and curry sauce, Gari poached pears and chocolate marquis and decadent finales like Tres Leches and Deconstructed Matcha Mocha Ice Cream.
