The Cooked Sushi Maki Platter lets diners mix and match from favourites like Tempura Roll, Guacamole Roll, Cream Cheese Sushi, Prawn Tempura, Tuna Mayo and Eel Sushi, each offering a perfect blend of flavour and texture.

Highlights from the Sushi Maki section include the indulgent Dragon Maki with eel and avocado, the crisp and flavourful Spider Maki with soft-shell crab and the creamy, crunchy Prawn Tempura and Tuna Mayo Maki.
