Guests can delight in Chef Choy’s signature handcrafted dim sums  from Truffle Edamame and Kochi Bay Prawn Har Gow to Char Siu Pork Baozi alongside a selection of elegant small plates and mains, including the iconic Cantonese Roast Duck Experience, available exclusively at Yàn Yán.

The menu unfolds in an exquisite sequence, beginning with Sesame Broccolini, Cantonese Yen Sang, Crispy Sichuan Chicken, and Mala Haricot Beans, followed by a luxurious array of handcrafted dim sums such as Truffle Edamame, NG Choy Forest Mushroom, Kochi Bay Prawn Har Gow, and Char Sui Pork Baozi.
