Absolute Hotel Services India Signs Management Consulting Agreement for The White Resort & Spa, Pawna

Mumbai, India (February 2026) - Absolute Hotel Services India (AHS India), a subsidiary of Absolute Hotel  Services Group led by Sameer Dharkar, Managing Director, is pleased to announce the signing of a Hotel  Management Consultancy Services Agreement with Moksh Organic and Wellness Retreat LLP for The  White Resort & Spa, Pawna, located in Lonavala, Maharashtra. The resort is targeted to reopen in  February 2026 following handover and operational transition activities. 

Nestled amid the scenic valleys of Lonavala and overlooking the serene expanses of Pawna Lake, The  White Resort & Spa is envisioned as a refined luxury retreat that harmoniously blends natural beauty with  contemporary elegance. Surrounded by lush landscapes and inspired by nature’s purity, the resort  promises an immersive escape for modern travelers seeking tranquility and sophistication.  

The upcoming development will feature 75 thoughtfully designed guest rooms, each crafted to offer  comfort, serenity, and sweeping views of the surrounding Sahyadri hills. Complementing the residential  experience, the resort will house an inviting all-day dining restaurant, offering diverse culinary selections  that reflect both global and local inspirations. 

Wellness takes center stage with a full-service spa and a modern fitness center, ensuring guests can  unwind and rejuvenate in a setting of complete relaxation. Under the consulting mandate, AHS India will oversee the full pre-opening transition, including  operational audits, system enhancements, development of the Annual Operating Plan, sales and  marketing performance monitoring, financial oversight, compliance guidance, and asset management support. Regular site visits and continuous virtual consultation will be conducted by AHS India’s specialist  team to ensure a seamless ramp-up.
