Bringing together a hotel, a limited collection of Aman branded residences, and global private members club to the city-state, this new destination marks a pivotal moment for the brand, introducing the Aman lifestyle and DNA of privacy, harmonious design and unparalleled service to one of the world’s most dynamic cities for the first time.

Developed by a consortium led by Perennial Holdings Private Limited (Perennial Holdings), an established integrated healthcare and real estate company headquartered in Singapore, and with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill contributing to the overall architectural design of the tower, The Skywaters will rise from a rare island site at the convergence of Singapore’s Central Business District, Marina Bay, and the future Greater Southern Waterfront.
