- All Women Health and Wellness Examination Hosted at The Property
Mumbai / Hyderabad, 10th March 2025: In celebration of International Women’s Day, Novotel Hyderabad Airport hosted a celebration of women in hospitality with a special keynote address by Rachna P Agashe, the author of the Amazon bestseller Insane Hotelier and Head of Department at IHM Hyderabad. Novotel Hyderabad Airport strongly believes in the need for an allyship between the industry and academia for the growth of Hospitality in India. The General Manager, Mr Sukhbir Singh, invited Ms Rachna to discuss and tackle the current diversity crisis in the industry and bridge the talent gap. The event highlighted the importance of diversity advocacy, mentorship, and support in fostering an inclusive and empowering professional environment.
During her keynote, Rachna P Agashe shared her journey, reflecting on the significant role mentorship and allyship have played in her success. She emphasized the importance of resilience, leadership, and inclusivity in today’s evolving landscape. Additionally, she spoke about the critical need for a strong industry-education balance to ensure the growth and success of female students, highlighting how practical exposure and industry mentorship can bridge the gap between academic learning and professional readiness.

Over 70 women have taken comprehensive health examinations with vital organ checks, cellular health analysis, expert consultations where personalized recommendations were shared to help the women optimize their genetic expression. Based on these assessments, tailored diet plans were shared with the women of Novotel Hyderabad Airport.
