Located at The Fern Residency in Bhiwandi–Pimplas (Maharashtra), Kanyshka seamlessly blends Indian, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines, reflecting the vibrant cultural and culinary exchange that thrived along the ancient trade routes connecting China, the Middle East and Europe. Serving as the brand’s flagship restaurant, it will be introduced at select properties across India, with plans for further expansion to Kolhapur and Goa following its debut in Bhiwandi-Pimplas.

With a menu crafted to celebrate the rich heritage of the Silk Route, diners can enjoy innovative dishes such as Edamame Hummus with Ragi Chips, Butter Chicken and Feta Sambousek, Cold and Hot Mezzeh and Mediterranean flatbreads like Pide and Manakish. Signature dishes, including Shish Tawook, Seekh Kebab, Mandi Rice and Biryani, highlight bold flavours and high-quality ingredients, making each meal a culinary journey.
