Mumbai, Feb 28: The Hotel And Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI in collaboration with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) conducted FSSAI’s Food Safety Supervisor Training in Basic Catering on 21st February, 2025 at the Mama Kane Hall in Dadar. The session was attended by 59 HRAWI members from the city. Participants gained practical insights to strengthen food safety measures within their establishments, reinforcing industry best practices.
