MUMBAI, AUGUST 18, 2025:Indian Hotels Company (IHCL),India’s largest hospitality company, today announced the agreement signing for10new hotels spread across southern states of India. This capital light arrangement will be an operating lease agreement under theGingerbrand.

The brand with its relevancy straddles all city categories and destinations from metros, state capitals, commercial centres, industrial townships, pilgrimage sites and leisure hot spots. The10new hotel sites will primarily be greenfield and brownfield projects and this partnership has commenced with the signing of75-keyGingerhotel in Genome Valley in Telangana.Strategically located in the R&D Hub of the state, it will be the first branded hotel. Featuring Ginger’s signature all-day dining restaurant,Qmin, it will offer a delectable culinary experience. Guests will also have access to a well-equipped fitness centre and meeting spaces, making it an ideal choice for both short and extended business stays.
