IHCL Goa Associates Join the Prestigious Les Clefs d’Or India at Goa Region Pinning Ceremony

In a remarkable celebration of service excellence to the Concierge Cadre, the Les Clefs d’Or India – Goa Region hosted its prestigious Pinning Ceremony this evening aboard a private luxury yacht off the scenic Goan coast. The event honoured distinguished concierge professionals for their exemplary commitment to guest service, marking their formal induction into the esteemed global network of Les Clefs d’Or (UICH – Union Internationale des Concierges d’Hôtels).

The evening was both elegant and memorable, as newly inducted members were awarded the iconic golden key pins, symbolising their place in the internationally recognised association of elite hotel concierges.

The ceremony drew participation from leading hospitality names in Goa and was attended by senior industry dignitaries, including the Former Zone Director of UICH International and the National Treasurer of Les Clefs d’Or India, who travelled from Mumbai to grace the occasion and personally felicitate the new members.

Significantly, IHCL Goa stood out with the highest number of associates being pinned this year, making the event an especially proud milestone for the organisation. Ms Nikita Fernandes, Mr Devendra Khare, Mr Altaf Madni and Mr Ganesh Pujari from Taj Cidade de Goa and Ms Yvonne Rodrigues from Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Goa were celebrated for their consistent pursuit of excellence, elevated guest engagement, and embodiment of the brand’s legendary hospitality ethos.
