IHCL Signs a Ginger and A Vivanta Hotel in Hosur, Tamilnadu

MUMBAI, SEPTEMBER 20, 2024: Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, today announced the signing of a Vivanta and a Ginger in Hosur. These greenfield projects will be developed on a 3-acre land parcel.

The 150-key Vivanta will offer a refined experience with modern decor that reflects the vibrant energy of Hosur. Guests can enjoy a variety of dining options including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and a bar. The hotel will offer a state-of-the-art gym, a swimming pool, and versatile banquet spaces to accommodate business events and gatherings. Embodying its lean luxe philosophy, the 200-key Ginger will feature an all-day dining cum bar, a gym, and meeting facilities, catering to the needs of today’s modern travelers who seek style and efficiency.
