MUMBAI, FEBRUARY 25, 2025: Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, today announced the signing of a hotel in Alibaug, Maharashtra. The conversion project will be branded a Taj hotel.

The 156-key Taj Alibaug Resort & Spa will offer panoramic views. It will feature all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant – Konkan Café, celebrating the local cuisine, a bar, and a lobby lounge. With over 8,500 sq. ft. of banqueting space, the hotel will cater to corporate events, weddings, and social gatherings. Guests can also indulge in a swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness centre and Taj’s signature J Wellness Spa, promising a luxurious and rejuvenating retreat.

With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have 38 hotels in Maharashtra including 14 under development.
