This summer, Hotel Sahara Star invites you to relive that magic as it unveils the much-anticipated second edition of its flagship wine festival: Sip & Savour 2025.

Set to take place on Saturday, May 3rd, this immersive evening returns to the hotel’s iconic dome, promising a celebration of taste, texture and tradition like never before.

Following the phenomenal success of its debut edition, Sahara Star promises an even more indulgent experience this year, bringing together 75+ varieties of premium Indian and international wines for unlimited tastings. Guests can expect an immersive evening of exceptional wine, gourmet food pairings, soulful live music and wine-inspired art — all thoughtfully brought together in one of Mumbai’s most majestic settings.

This year’s showcase will feature an impressive line-up of celebrated Indian wineries and importers — including Wine Park, Oz Wines, Tetrad, Chenab, Dry Drynks, Reveilo, Fratelli, Good Earth, Frizzano and Alurra Strawberry Wine — offering a range of classic labels and experimental blends.

To complement the wines, guests will enjoy artisanal cheese pairings by The Cheese Collective and handcrafted chocolate creations by Pascati Craft Chocolates, ensuring a sensory experience that’s as decadent as it is diverse. A special art installation, Strokes of Wine, will add a creative visual layer to the event, further enhancing its charm.

As part of its commitment to delivering world-class experiences, Sahara Star has collaborated with Gargi Kothari, acclaimed sommelier, TEDx speaker, and founder of Magic Cellars, to support the selection of featured wines. She will also lead a limited-capacity Wine Masterclass, exclusively curated for guests interested in deepening their appreciation of wine. With her certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET Level 3, Distinction) and years of experience in crafting wine experiences, Gargi brings both credibility and charisma to this curated engagement.
