Guest rooms are equipped with energy-saver keycards, while motion-sensor LED lighting, daylight-optimised architecture, energy-efficient air handling units, and PNG-operated kitchens all contribute to reduced emissions. Dual-fuel DG sets further lower the carbon footprint. In addition, the hotel has transitioned to a fully paperless workflow, from check-in to invoicing, and has entirely eliminated the use of single-use plastic across operations.
