As part of the offerings on ice well we have Roasted Pumpkin, Radicchio, and Parmesan Shavings which is a harmonious blend of roasted pumpkin, crisp radicchio, and delicate Parmesan shavings, offering a symphony of flavours and textures, Broccoli, Pokchoy, Edamame Salad a vibrant medley of broccoli, pokchoy, and edamame, tossed together to create a refreshing and nutritious salad, Laventine Fattoush a Middle Eastern-inspired salad featuring crisp vegetables, toasted pita bread, and a zesty sumac dressing, perfect for brightening up your palate, Prawns Quinoa and Avocado Salad containing succulent prawns paired with wholesome quinoa and creamy avocado, creating a satisfying and protein-packed salad option, Chicken Florentine Roulade, Mesclun Mix with tender chicken rolled with flavourful Florentine filling, served alongside a fresh mesclun mix for a delightful combination of taste and texture.

You can also make your own salad by customizing our salad creation with an assortment of fresh ingredients, condiments, and dressings to suit your preferences.
